PEGAP-NY (Panhellenic Association of Parents and Guardians of Mentally Disabled Individuals and Children), was founded in 1960, by Parents and Guardians of Mentally Disabled Persons. It is a Charitable Non-Profit Organization. The primary purpose of PEGAP-NY is to recognize the problems of people with mental disabilities, regardless of gender or age and to ensure the proper development and smooth integration into society. Our Organisation provides special educational programs according to the individual needs of people of all ages, from their adulthood and for as long as necessary. This approach requires a series of collaborations, partnerships, tool development, lifelong learning, where not only with the individual but also with all aspects of his life. We work with the community, public and private organisations at national and European level creating social networks that will facilitate the integration of the individual (educational contexts, innovative intervention solutions, labor market, etc.). In this active process we consider the family of the individual as the main pillar and we work to achieve timely, effective and complete intervention while at the same time we create the social pipelines (central administration, EU) that will help the individual lifelong.

The Institute of Occupational Science and Rehabilitation of the Metropolitan College, is a source of interdisciplinary cooperation and research in Occupational Science and interventions in any type of Rehabilitation (biological and psychosocial). Dr. Panagiotis Siaperas holds the role of coordinator of the Institute's work which is also under the supervision of the Academic Council of the Metropolitan College. Occupational Science is the science of everyday life. It is an academic field that focuses on the benefits of productive, social and physical activity (called "Occupations") in people's daily lives. Explores how engaging and working with occupations can address global health concerns in the 21st century, promoting health, well-being and quality of life throughout life. Rehabilitation services are offered to citizens facing biological, motor, social and psychological difficulties, which in turn limit active participation in all kinds of activities and affect the quality of life. Rehabilitation provides citizens with the techniques and tools they need to achieve a satisfactory level of independence and self-reliance.

"Humans at the heart of artistic creation" DK-BEL Company creates and performs shows in France and abroad. Since it was founded in Villiers-le-Bel in 2004, it seeks to promote art to the most vulnerable audiences. DK-BEL's action centres around 3 main values: 1. To be part of an international network through the sharing of art: Opening up to the world All actions initiated by DK-BEL defend the values of empathy, sharing and kindness, with the aim of having an impact on today's society. The main focus is on INCLUSION through art.

Fundación INTRAS is a non-profit organization dedicated to research and intervention in the mental health field in Spain, since 1994. It employs roughly 270 professionals at 24 centers and services throughout the region of Castilla y León. The organization’s services and programs are based on the recovery approach, empowering people with mental health issues to live a self-determined and self-confident life. INTRAS offers a variety of services and activities such as housing at residential facilities and supported apartments, psychosocial and labor rehabilitation programs, occupational and vocational training, job placement and professional guidance, as well as an ample variety of artistic and leisure activities. The value at the heart of INTRAS Foundation is the respect for human dignity and human rights in the framework of health and social services settings. The Foundation is working towards continuous improvement through the exchange of good practices and contributing to innovation in mental health services.

Center for Social Innovation (CSI) is a Research and Development organization, which focuses on fostering social innovation that can bring about a positive change to local, national, regional, and global entities. These entities include but are not limited to governments, local administrative agencies, non-for-profit agencies, commercial entities, and educational institutions. The CSI team is composed of open-minded, fully equipped researchers, entrepreneurs, project managers, trainers, and Information Technology specialists. CSI encompasses the capability and capacity to identify social needs, design and implement adjusted initiatives, and provide for sustainable growth. The CSI team's areas of expertise are in the fields of traditional education and e-learning, entrepreneurship, start-ups, innovation, creativity, negotiations, IP advisory services, social responsibility, business advisory solutions, data analytics, information technologies, project management, project evaluation services, product validation, training and computer gaming. CSI draws know-how and skills from its wide global network, which includes academic institutions, IT companies, public services, international organizations, start-ups, and public services.

Santa Casa da Misericórdia do Porto, established in 1499 in the Canonical Juridical Order, is a charity and social assistance institution, with philanthropic and public utility purposes. Its action is based on the areas of Social Intervention, Health, Special Education, Education, Culture, Worship, Environment and Special Projects. Due to the number of establishments and users, the vast and valuable heritage, its worthy and prominent history, Misericórdia do Porto is the second oldest and one of the most important at national level. The impact of the intervention of Misericórdia do Porto is comprehensive and significant, with the following results reporting to 2019: social support to 845 users and 1600 families; 119.267 consultations and 13.332 surgeries; 31.013 visitors at the MMIPO (Museum); 14.635 volumes in Braille and/or double reading available to 1.026 individual and 494 institutional clients; 10 projects of social innovation. As a Civil Society Organization with more than 520 years of experience in the experimentation and application of public policies, SCMP's challenges focus on innovation, renewing methodologies and approaches with the objective of better responding to current and future needs; on entrepreneurship, through the diversification of the sources of financing and services offered, on networking, as a promoter of pioneering projects of intervention and social action, constituting itself as an important agent of change in response to compelling social challenges.
